Transition is never easy, even when it’s right. Leaving behind a place that felt like family—a company where I poured my heart, time, and energy—was one of the hardest moves I’ve made. It wasn’t just a job; it was a home, filled with people who became more than colleagues. But as much as I cherished that season, I knew God was shifting me into something new.

Now, I find myself in a new space—exciting, fresh, full of potential, but also challenging. Growth often comes with discomfort, and while I embrace what’s ahead, I’d be lying if I said I didn’t grieve what I left behind. There are days I miss the familiarity, the rhythm of what once was, and the people who made it feel like home. But even in those moments, I rejoice—because I know I am exactly where I’m supposed to be.

This transition isn’t just about a new position; it’s about stepping into alignment with God’s timing. It’s about trusting that the stretching, the uncertainty, and even the growing pains are all part of His plan. I refuse to be afraid of growth, even when it’s uncomfortable. God never calls us to stay the same. He calls us to evolve, to rise, to step forward in faith.

So today, I choose to celebrate the transition. I choose to honor the past while embracing the future. I choose to trust that what’s ahead is greater than what’s behind. And most of all, I choose to keep growing—even here, even now, even in transition.
